Terese Manley has led or assisted with NIST PSCR’s Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Program since 2017. As part of PSCR’s Open Innovation team, Ms. Manley has been a liaison to scientific and technical audiences, allowing for public engagement of funded opportunities as well as prize challenge and grants. Ms. Manley holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a former member of the Society of Women Engineers.
