Paul Zielinski

Paul Zielinski is the director of the NIST Technology Partnerships Office (TPO), chair of the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer, and coordinates the Interagency Workgroup on Technology Transfer. Prior to joining NIST, Paul worked at the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Energy, in private industry, and served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army. He has a master's degree in engineering and an MBA.
