Jeff Voas is currently a computer scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Before joining NIST, Voas was an entrepreneur and co-founded Cigital that is now a part of Synopsys (Nasdaq: SNPS). Although a computer scientist, he does not own a personal computer, has never used Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, does not have an Amazon Prime account, and is trying to get linked out of LinkedIn.
