Cassy Robinson began her career at the Savannah River National Laboratory as an electrical engineer working with remote viewing systems for robots. After several years of using those skills to support to local police with covert video surveillance, she transitioned into developing law enforcement and public safety standards. For the past 7 years, she has been privileged to do this work as part of the NIST Standards Coordination Office. When not developing standards, she enjoys fitness and outdoor activities, creative sewing, volunteering for her church, and having fun with her husband, David, and their fur-babies.
