Cindy Matsuki is the Small Business Innovation Research Program Manager for INNOVATE Hawaii, which is part of the MEP National Network. She previously worked at Hawaii Technology Development Corporation, serving as the Economic Development Specialist. She has worked in marketing and business development with a local tech company and with Hawaii’s Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9. Matsuki’s expertise includes business development, training, event planning, design thinking, marketing, and project management.
