Alistair Stewart

Alistair Stewart is a Senior Business Advisor with the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center (MMEC), the official representative of the MEP National NetworkTM in Montana. He is  an alumnus of the former Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Center in Chicago, and rejoined the MEP National Network in 2015 with MMEC. His non-MEP experience includes leveraging operational excellence to accelerate & improve portfolio company performance for private equity investors. Alistair currently serves as a Senior Advisor to an investment banking firm, and as an Advisor to a leading business transition consultancy. Alistair’s early career includes consulting practice leadership, and positions of increasing responsibility with firms such as Baxter Healthcare, British Gas, and British Technology Group. Alistair is an avid fly fisherman, and is very active in Trout Unlimited and other coldwater conservation organizations.
