Katerina Megas is the Program Manager for the NIST  Cybersecurity for IoT Program for and the  Cybersecurity, Privacy and AI Program, leading cutting-edge work at the intersection of emerging technologies and trust. With a Master's in Information Systems and certifications in PMP and ScrumMaster, she brings over 30 years of experience guiding both private and public sector organizations through complex technology transformations — from enterprise IT strategy to achieving CMMI certification. When she’s not deep in cybersecurity frameworks or wrangling multi-stakeholder collaborations, Kat’s likely piling her family into a minivan for epic road trips, chasing down off-the-beaten-path experiences — and relying on her amazing colleagues who have her back while she’s offline.
