Siamak Sattar and Dustin Cook Were Awarded the SEAOC Structural Engineering Excellence Award

Drs. Sattar and Cook were awarded in recognition of their leadership and technical contributions to a six-year project on benchmarking evaluation methodologies for existing reinforced concrete buildings.
