The topic for the application was Photon Momentum - New Technology for High Power Laser Measurements. The main scientific goal is the linkage between Planck’s constant and radiation pressure, in addition to general understanding and improvement of radiation pressure measurements. Relevance to industries was justified by the possible applications of photon momentum in (virtually all) fields where high-power lasers are needed.
