2010 Dal Nogare Award

The Stephen Dal Nogare award, established in 1972 by The Chromatography Forum of the Delaware Valley, is one of the oldest and most prestigious awards given in chromatography. Stephen Dal Nogare, working at DuPont, was one of the early contributors to the field of gas chromatography and a founder of The Chromatography Forum of the Delaware Valley, one of the oldest chromatography discussion groups in the world. This award was established in Dal Nogare's memory to be presented annually to an outstanding scientist in the field of chromatography. The awardee is chosen on the basis of his or her contributions to the fundamental understandings of the chromatographic process.
