Abstract

In this work, the effects of crystal structure of variation}-Fe2O3, the surface roughness, and interdiffusion of Cu on the GMR properties of variation}-Fe2O3/Co(NiFe)/Cu/Co(NiFe), bottom spin valves were investigated. The sputtering input power of variation}-Fe2O3, biasing condition during deposition, and base pressure of the vacuum chamber were controlled in the experiments.
