Abstract

The contents of this transaction volume comprise the proceedings of the Electronics Division Focused Session HighTemperature Superconductor Processing during the American Ceramic Society annual meeting at St. Louis, MO, from April29 to May 1, 2002.. A total of 40 scientific papers is featured in this volume. These contributions are divided into five parts: (1)Second generation HTS Conductors: Substrate Fabrication Issues; (2) Second generation HTS Conductors: SuperconductorIssues; (3) Second generation HTS Conductors: Fundamental Issues; (4) Materials Processing for Levitators; (5)Fundamental issues related to processing of HTS MgB2 type Superconductors - Processing and fabrication of films and wires.
