The Technical Committee on Performance Evaluation and Benchmarking for Robotic and Automation Systems (TC-PEBRAS) was approved at the Technical Activities Board (TAB) meeting held at the 2009 International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) in Kobe, Japan.
