Excimer Laser Treatment of Carbon Nanotubes

Raman spectroscopy and spectral responsivity measurements are performed to investigate the alteration of sample purity and morphology, caused by varying pulse parameters for laser treatment of bulk carbon nanotubes using a 248 nm excimer-laser.
