My current research interests are in environmental remote sensing, with a special emphasis on detection of Greenhouse gases. Since transitioning from the field of cold and ultracold atomic physics, I have worked on the development of a differential absorption LIDAR system as well as on the pre-launch radiometric calibration of a variety of earth observing satellites.
