Sofiya is a bioinformaticist in the Genome Editing Program, led by Dr. Samantha Maragh. Sofiya is primarily involved in targeted and whole genome NGS analysis for NIST Genome Editing Consortium projects, as well as data visualization, and bioinformatic support for the Genome Editing team in the area of genome editing control assays.
