Shelby Bowers (Fed)

Information Specialist

Shelby Bowers (formerly Geraci) serves as the Information/Communications Specialist for the Material Measurement Laboratory (MML) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). In her role, she works on communications such as an internal newsletter and website content. Prior to her time in MML, Shelby worked in the NIST Office of Weights and Measures, where she served in the role of Publications Coordinator. Shelby holds a master's degree in Communications and has nearly a decade of experience working in communications in the realms of government, corporate, and higher education. In her spare time, she also adjunct teaches communications and writing courses online.
