Mrs. Courteney B. Lytch (Fed)

Administrative Specialist

Courteney Lytch serves as an Administrative Specialist in the CHIPS R&D Office, providing direct support to the CHIPS NSTC Program Director Jay Lewis and the broader CHIPS NSTC Program. Lytch joined the CHIPS R&D Office in May 2023 as an Administrative Office Manager and has had the unique advantage of supporting every CHIPS R&D Program Director in an administrative capacity. Lytch is instrumental in the CHIPS R&D Office onboarding process, where she serves as the primary point of contact for candidates and shepherds’ new staff through the entry on duty requirements.

In addition to her contributions in the onboarding process, she assists with registration payments, supply orders, and travel, as a purchase card holder and lends personnel support as GOVTA expert and trainer.
