Office Manager
Maggie Varnon is the Office Manager for the Atom Scale Device Group, within the Nanoscale Device Characterization Division (NDCD) of the Physical Measurement Laboratory (PML) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). She is the administrative support to the Federal Employees and Domestic and Foreign Associates within the Group.
Maggie Varnon received a B.S. in Communications from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA in 2017. Prior to her work at NIST, Maggie founded and ran James River Theatre Company out of Lynchburg alongside her best friend Christina Crouch. There they produced numerous professional productions and employed local and regional artists.
