Kerianne Gibney (Fed)
Strategic Engagement Program Manager
Kerianne Gibney is the Strategic Engagement Program Manager for the Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) Division within the Communications Technology Laboratory (CTL) at NIST. In this role, she mainly focuses on overseeing and maintaining stakeholder and partner engagement activities with program stakeholders across public safety, industry, academia, and other federal agencies – both domestically and internationally – through conferences, workshops, roundtables, roadshows, and lab tours. She also exercises impactful project planning to support the optimization of program operations. Kerianne joined PSCR in 2023 and has a background in Program Management. Kerianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Science and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
