Dr. Keith Hartley is a Principal Engineer for the MITRE Corporation supporting the National Advanced Spectrum and Communications Test Network (NASCTN) since 2016. Keith provides communications and systems engineering expertise to NASCTN test measurement campaigns and coordinates Department of Defense (DoD) input for NASCTN efforts.
Prior to support to NASCTN, Keith supported military communications and systems engineering activities at NORAD and USNORTHCOM in Colorado Springs, CO, US National Technical Experts (NATEX) at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, and Program Executive Office Air and Missile Defense (PEO AMD) in Huntsville, AL, and as a military officer in Mannheim, Germany.
Keith's extracurricular hobbies include biking, hiking, running, & listening to music. His musical interest space a wide variety of artists and genres, but his passion is 70's & 80's guitar-based rock music (e.g., Pink Floyd, Rush, AC/DC, Stevie Ray Vaughn).
