Katie Palubicki is the public affairs specialist in Boulder, Colorado. Katie brings over a decade of experience in science and environmental communication to the NIST Public Affairs Office. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Communication and an M.S. in Natural Resources-Environmental Education & Interpretation from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
