Jaime L. Maynard (Fed)

J’aime Maynard serves as the Technology Transfer Agreements Specialist for the Engineering Laboratory (EL), the Information Technology Laboratory (ITL), the NIST Center for Neutron Research (NCNR), and the Physical Measurement Laboratory (PML), as well as the Consortia CRADA Officer within the Technology Partnerships Office (TPO) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Ms. Maynard manages the flow and processing of all agreements and amendments for her assigned Operating Units (OUs), including Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). She is responsible for deploying partnership agreements that facilitate the OUs in accomplishing their Research and Development missions and in establishing and managing consortia for all NIST OUs.

Ms. Maynard also manages the maintenance and operation of TPO’s ServiceNow module and the flow of agreement requests. She also offers training to Administrative Officers and the Office of Chief Counsel for NIST on using the system.

Ms. Maynard came to NIST in 2001, and her first duties at NIST involved supporting several NIST offices, including the Human Resources Management Division, the US Measurement System Office, and the Applied Economics Office. She later supported NIST’s Small Business Innovation Research program within TPO before her transition to Technology Transfer Agreements Specialist.

Before joining NIST, J’aime worked as an Admissions Counselor at the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine within the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences at DOD.

Ms. Maynard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Chestnut Hill College.
