Jaime L. Maynard (Fed)

J’aime Maynard is the Partnerships Agreements Docket Manager, Partnerships Officer for ITL and PML, and the Consortia CRADA Officer within the Technology Partnerships Office (TPO) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Ms. Maynard manages the flow and process of all agreements assigned to TPO’s Partnerships Officers, including CRADAs, MTAs, DTAs, and NDAs, and handles the processing of amendments for active agreements. She is responsible for deploying partnerships agreements that facilitate PML and ITL in accomplishing their R&D mission and in establishing and managing consortia for all NIST OUs.

Ms. Maynard came to NIST in 2001, and her first duties at NIST involved supporting several NIST offices, including the Human Resources Management Division, the US Measurement System Office, and the Applied Economics Office. She later supported NIST’s Small Business Innovation Research program within TPO before her transition to Partnerships Officer.

Before joining NIST, J’aime worked as an Admissions Counselor at the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine within the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences at DOD.

Ms. Maynard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Chestnut Hill College.
