Benjamin Lyon (Fed)
Benjamin Lyon joined the Advanced Electronics Group in the Nanoscale Device Characterization Division at NIST as an electrical engineer in 2023. Their research focuses on electronics packaging for extreme environments; namely high-temperature, high-voltage, and cryogenic-temperature packaging. They are currently working on developing metrology for the rapid thermal cycling and reliability evaluation of cryogenic electronics packages for quantum computing applications.
