NRC Postdoctoral Fellow

Andrew Winchester has been an NRC Postdoctoral Fellow at NIST since July 2022. His broad interests are fundamental properties of semiconductors for green energy development. At NIST, he is working to apply laser-based PEEM to study the surface electronic properties of defects in wide bandgap materials such as gallium nitride (GaN).
