Imtiaz Hossen (IntlAssoc)

Imtiaz Hossen is a graduate research assistant at George Washington University in the Adaptive Devices And Microsystems (ADAM) group. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and the M.S. in Electrical and Computer engineering from Marquette University, Wisconsin. His doctoral research focuses on data driven modeling of synaptic devices for neural network simulations as well as fabrication and characterization of energy efficient memory devices. Currently, he is working in the Alternative Computing Group as an associate to integrate RRAM devices on foundry CMOS.
