Mr. Neuberg is recognized for developing and establishing NIST's Historic Preservation Program into a national model of federal historic preservation stewardship as well as crafting programmatic agreements with the Maryland and Colorado state historic preservation officers for NIST's Gaithersburg, Boulder and Ft. Collins historic sites and buildings. The negotiated programmatic agreements enable NIST to streamline regulatory compliance activities and manage its facilities efficiently to mitigate any adverse impact to mission-critical research.
