AWARD CITATION
Ms. Percy is recognized for her outstanding contributions in leadership and management regarding the execution and follow-on activities of the FY23 NIST Safety Culture Survey. Her dedication and determination ensured that the survey was successfully implemented and resulting actions taken were effective in producing a positive impact on the NIST safety culture. Through her oversight, nine countermeasures were identified by NIST staff and are being implemented to improve the safety and health of those who work on the NIST campuses, with the strong support of the NIST director and executive leaders.
