Ms. Keinath is recognized for exceptional administrative support to the Quantum Electromagnetics Division in NIST's Physical Measurement Laboratory (PML) over a multi-year period of reduced staffing and organizational change that concluded in 2023 with the division's reorganization into the Quantum Sensors Division. After the departure of the division's administrative officer and his assistant, Ms. Keinath performed their functions while also serving as the division's senior and sometimes only office manager. Throughout, she trained new staff and improved administrative processes across PML and NIST.
