2023 Colleagues' Choice Award

Ms. Rinehart is recognized for her dedication and contributions to improving the administrative functions and processes of NIST that support the science at the heart of its mission. Her expertise in administrative functions and her institutional knowledge have enabled her to effectively collaborate on numerous initiatives to improve administrative processes and ensure that the technical staff have the tools they need to further their research. She has partnered with internal and external collaborators to facilitate disaster deployments, field experiments, and other-agency agreements to advance NIST's mission. Through this work she has been a major contributor to the success of scientific research and improved administrative processes at NIST.
