Mr. Gilmore is cited for his consistent and supportive contributions and communication to the Office of Facilities Management’s Safety Program. He remains acutely involved in the OU’s Safety Committee, establishing annual division safety training, and takes the initiative in weekly “Safety Toolbox” commentary to support an increase of knowledge of typical safety concerns. His knowledge-sharing and mitigation suggestions involving safety provide the necessary impetus to motivate employees, resulting in no lost-time incidents for the Design and Construction Division.
