Dr. Boggs is recognized for not only her scientific accomplishments but also her passion to help fellow scientists achieve their career goals in a supportive, equitable environment that seeks to include and celebrate NIST's diverse people and culture. Dr. Boggs does this through both her words and her tireless actions. She is the founder of the Ft. Johnson Diversity and Inclusion in STEM Forum and has been instrumental on many other committees: the Research Advisory Committee, MML Data and Tools for Equity Working Group, MML People's Committee, and Women in STEM. It is evident that she is truly committed to this endeavor and has made a significant positive impact on the well-being and careers of her colleagues.
