AWARD CITATION
The team is recognized for developing a software system for review of scholarly and technical publications written by NIST employees. The team collected stakeholder inputs to produce a system that satisfies a broad range of user requirements, including accessibility for reviewers from inside and outside NIST and making it easier to add metadata to the system. Their teamwork resulted in a system that satisfies user needs and follows NIST and OMB/OSTP policies for the management and delivery of results of federally funded research to the public.
