NIST will exhibit at the 2016 International Conference on Ionizing Processes (ICIP).
For over six decades, researchers from all over the world have met in the U. S. on a regular basis to exchange new ideas and recent discoveries on the fundamental chemical, physical and biological effects induced by ionizing particles and photons, and their applications in medicine and industry. These discussions have led to great advances in our understanding of ionizing processes and their chemical and biological consequences, and they have served to educate generations of young researchers and introduce them to the international research community. The International Conference on Ionizing Processes (ICIP) continues that proud tradition as the inaugural reunion of this community in the form of an independent conference.
