The advance of nano-optics has provided a variety of avenues for light-matter interactions at the nanometer scale through the enriched mechanisms for physical and chemical reactions. These emerging nano-optic devices and materials have enabled researchers to develop methods for practical applications in a variety of areas.
Here, I will demonstrate that by controlling the design of these nanomaterials illustrates changes in refractive index, transmission of polarized light, reflectivity, light dispersion, surface relief over large areas, and even surface wettability.
