Future Information Processing: From Materials to Systems

It is becoming increasingly clear that in future information processing applications, synergistic innovations in materials, devices, and system architectures will be a key to achieving new levels of performance. SRC will review the status and possible directions of emerging fundamental research at the materials, interconnect, and device levels, as well as give a brief overview of how we view these elements need to be brought together within a synergistic framework to drive new levels of efficient and cognitive system performance.
