This is a two hour webinar covering the processs of creating and reviewing control charts and range charts used for measurement assurance using (JTI) PMAP Software. NOTE: This software has not been updated to be compatible with Windows 7 and must be available in the laboratory.

This is not intended as an endorsement of this product; this software was provided to all State weights and measures laboratories in 1998 as a national effort to standardize control charting and reporting.
