The purpose of this meeting is to gather stakeholders with an interest in the performance of CT volumetry for tumor assessment, as a specific example of the broader issue of characterizing performance of quantitative imaging biomarkers. The QIBA 3A portion of the meeting describes and announces a "challenge problem" that is being jointly sponsored by RSNA's QIBA, as well as NIST. The QI-Bench portion of the meeting supports that initiative and establishes informatics tooling useful to a range of such imaging biomarkers.
