Table Top Displays Request Guidelines

Organizers of the workshop welcome requests for a limited number of opportunities for a table top display during the “Workshop on Ultraviolet Disinfection Technologies & Healthcare Associated Infections: Defining Standards and Metrology Needs” to be held at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, Maryland, January 24 – 15, 2020. 

Table top displays will consist of a limited number of six feet long (1.8 m) tables with two chairs in a room adjacent to the workshop auditorium and near the NIST cafeteria.  Display or exhibit information must be pertinent to the workshop. The focus of this workshop is to present the recent advancements in technology and research promoting innovation in the effective use and implementation of ultraviolet technology in healthcare settings for the reduction and prevention of healthcare associated infections. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to, fundamentals of UVC/light disinfection, healthcare associated infections, biological and light measurements, building safer healthcare environments, beyond UVC, and metrology needs for performance assessment.

If you would like to request a table top display, please e-mail Dr. Poster at poster [at] nist.gov (poster[at]nist[dot]gov) no later than December 6, 2019.  If you are provided with a table, you and any associates involved with the table must register for the workshop.  The number of tables is limited.  It is possible not all requests for tables will be met.  Please e-mail Dr. Poster if you have questions or need more information.
