Appendix I-2. CEMHYD3D: A Three-Dimensional Cement Hydration and Microstructure Development Modelling Package. Versions 3.0 and 2.0

This appendix contains a manual for using versions 3.0 and 2.0 of CEMHYD3D, a software package that models cement hydration and microstructure development for portland cement pastes. This package supersedes all previous packages.

This software package is a public domain product of the U.S. government, and as such is available free of charge. If it is desired to incorporate this software into a commercial package, this software must be credited properly as a product of NIST. In addition, it is illegal to use NIST's name in advertising. For example, it is illegal to claim that a commercial software package is "NIST-approved" just because the commercial package incorporates a version of CEMHYD3D. Another example would be claiming a special relation with NIST just because the company is using a version of CEMHYD3D. This conditions apply to all NIST software, not just CEMHYD3D.
