Congratulations! We are looking forward to you joining us and will make your onboarding as easy as possible.

Onboarding Forms

You will be asked to complete many forms during this process. You will either:

  • Complete and sign the forms via the onboarding system or
  • Complete the new employee forms manually and forward them to your HR point of contact.

Your offer letter will tell you which method to use.

Each form is important, and its purpose is unique. Filling these forms out completely and accurately helps us to make sure you get your paycheck, correct benefits and more.

NIST requires information from new employees to process the appointment personnel action. NIST is committed to safeguarding personal privacy of this information.
