Accessing the Network

To draw on the resources of the Baldrige network:

Call or send an e-mail. Examiners, Award recipients, and state and local Baldrige-based programs are ready to help you on your journey.
Attend the Baldrige Program’s Quest for Excellence® conference or Regional Conferences to meet Examiners, Baldrige Award recipients, and representatives from state and local Baldrige-based programs.
Attend a Baldrige-based state or local program’s conference in your area.
Request a speaker from the Baldrige Program to talk to your organization about using the Baldrige Criteria to drive improvement and produce world-class results.

Once you have grounded yourself in the basics through the Baldrige network, consider self-assessing your organization against the Criteria as the next step on your journey to performance excellence.
