Annoucement of Upcoming Test

Beginning on 04 Nov 2010 at 1700 UTC until 1800 UTC, WWV will be broadcasting a special test announcement.

The announcement will supercede the normal 500Hz and 600Hz tones.

The content of the announcement will be a test of an anticipated warning system.

All other regular scheduled announcements will not be interrupted.
