Members of the consortium will be required to sign a member cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA). The CRADA will include a statement of work, agreed upon membership fees, and details on intellectual property rights derived from nSoft activities. The details of the CRADA will be developed at the upcoming NIST Workshop on Neutron Measurements to Advance the Manufacture of Soft Materials. Institutions with interest in joining nSoft are encouraged to attend the workshop.
