Abstract

This report describes a typical implementation of a building access control system integrated with other portions of a building automation system, using some of the newly developed features of BACnet. This functionality has been implemented in the NIST/BFRL Virtual Cybernetic Building Testbed, and demonstrated using a variety of use cases, along with an HVAC controller and a lighting controller.
