Video Surveillance Technologies for Retail Security Symposium

To discuss state of the art and emerging video surveillance technologies to detect suspicious individuals and/or anomalous activity possibly leading to a shoplifting event.

Key leaders in retail security, computer vision technologists/R&D developers, academia, law enforcement and some interested U.S. government agencies will discuss the problem of retail theft and the development of new video analytic surveillance technologies to address this problem. By the symposium conclusion, a collaborative roadmap will have been created to advance the technological state of the art for video surveillance technologies to detect suspicious behavior and/or anomalous activity in a retail environment.
