Concept of a multi-arm robot suspended from a RoboCrane platform and manipulating a fuselage door during aircraft assembly. A stereo camera vision system is also attached to the platform via an articulated arm as well as, a hoist from the platform to carry the door load. Beneath the platform is a power too and grippers stored in a tool rack. The suspended platform also carries cleaning fluid, fasteners, a compressor, all robot arm and tool electronics, a power pack and hydraulic pump.
