Comments and Complaints

Comments

In ensuring a productive and closely-knit NIST CCC community , it important to foster open, honest, bi-directional communication between parents, staff and center directors. If you see any issues or have any opinions and suggestions in improving the center please feel free to contact the center. And of course, if you are happy with the center or see any actions that are especially commendable please feel free to provide compliments to the directors or a testimonial on our Facebook or Google Plus pages.

Complaints

The typical protocol for any issue, is to first address directly with the child's teacher(s).  If you feel your issue is not adequately resolved, the complaint can be addressed to the administrative staff, and lastly, to the CCA Board of Directors.

Child Abuse

The employees of the NIST Child Care Center are required by law to report all suspected incidents of child abuse or neglect to the proper authorities. It is important to tell the teachers or Director the nature and circumstances behind any unusual bruises or injuries that your child has received. This will aid in evaluating and not over reacting to a situation.
