Cyber division chief Stine moves into new role leading NIST Information Technology Lab

NIST Applied Cybersecurity Division chief Kevin Stine is stepping into a new role at the agency leading the Information Technology Laboratory.

Stine started at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in 2006 and in 2015 became chief of the Applied Cybersecurity Division. He was also selected in 2020 for NIST’s chief cybersecurity officer, following the departure of Donna Dodson.
