Sarah Inwood

NRC Postdoctoral Research Associate

Sarah joined the Biomarker and Genomic Sciences group in 2019, working with her mentor, Lili Wang. Her project involves using flow cytometry to investigate the effects of CRISPR/Cas9 editing a surface marker in a Genome in a Bottle B lymphoblast line.

Prior to joining NIST, Sarah’s dissertation, a collaboration between Johns Hopkins University and the NIH, focused on improving recombinant protein expression and retroviral vector titer using tools such as small non-coding RNA and CRISPR/Cas9 as well as continuous production in bioreactors
